Ricardo became a trainer because he saw the gap. The fitness industry was chasing aesthetics — selling looks, not function — and the trainers he saw in commercial gyms didn't know how to treat each client as unique. There was no real one-on-one. Clients were just pushed through cookie-cutter programs and expected to perform.

He decided to help people the way they actually needed — training for functionality, health, and longevity, not just for the next photo. It meant treating every body, every injury, every goal as its own program. That's where Trivux started.
