Your spot is confirmed and a receipt is on its way to your email. Bring water, a towel and trainers you can jump in — and a costume. See you on the 31st.

Halloween
Jumping Party
An hour on the trampolines in costume — rebound HIIT with Ruth from HiitFit Bounce — inside a party that runs ten till one: surprises, giveaways, an open juice bar and local vendors. All levels welcome and no experience needed. Dress code: noche de brujas. Twenty spots a class, so grab yours early.
Reserve
Two classes. Twenty spots each.
Your ticket books you into one jumping class — and the party around it is open the whole time you're here. There are twenty trampolines in the room, so twenty people per class, and that is the hard ceiling. Forty tickets exist for the day in total.
First class
Nº AM 1031Filling up — 20 per class
$30 per person
$35 after October 14 · $40 at the door
By booking you accept that this is physical exercise, that you take part at your own risk, and that you'll tell a coach about any injury or condition before we start. Under-18s are welcome, but a parent or guardian has to be there and sign for them. Costumes are welcome, but nothing that covers your eyes, trails on the floor, or can't be jumped in safely.
Second class
Nº PM 1031Filling up — 20 per class
$30 per person
$35 after October 14 · $40 at the door
By booking you accept that this is physical exercise, that you take part at your own risk, and that you'll tell a coach about any injury or condition before we start. Under-18s are welcome, but a parent or guardian has to be there and sign for them. Costumes are welcome, but nothing that covers your eyes, trails on the floor, or can't be jumped in safely.
What you get
One ticket, the whole room.
The jumping is the reason you come. Everything around it — the juice bar, the vendors, the giveaways — is why you won't want to leave the second your class ends.

Trampoline HIIT, in costume
Rebound training with Ruth Marcos — easy on your knees, brutal on everything else.
Loud music, all levels, and no experience needed — the trampoline takes the impact your knees would otherwise take, so you can work far harder than you could on the floor. Grip socks are welcome but not required. Come in costume, but keep it jumpable: nothing over your eyes, nothing trailing on the floor, and shoes that stay on.

Everything else
Surprises, giveaways, an open juice bar and local vendors — all included.
The juice bar is open the whole three hours and it's part of your ticket, not an extra. Local vendors set up on the floor, so there's something to browse between sets. Giveaways run through the session and the costume everyone keeps talking about afterwards tends to win something.
Who's coaching
Your two coaches.
Ruth runs the floor. Ricardo runs the room. Both are there the whole three hours.

HiitFit Bounce
Ruth Marcos
Founder & head coach
Peruvian and Orlando based. Ruth founded HiitFit Bounce and coaches every class in English and Spanish at the same time, so nobody in the room gets a watered-down version. Her home studio is Momentum Dance Complex in Winter Park — for this one, she's bringing the trampolines to us.

Trivux Fitness
Ricardo Betancur
Coach & founder · NASM-CPT
Ricardo coaches your sleep, your nutrition, your recovery and your form first — training for function, health and longevity rather than the next photo. Every session is built around the person in front of him, not a template.

Bring
Water, a towel, and trainers you can jump in. Grip socks are welcome but not required. Costume dress code is noche de brujas — anything goes, as long as you can see out of it and it won't catch on a trampoline.
Kids
Kids are welcome. A parent or guardian has to come with them and sign the waiver on their behalf — a child can't sign it themselves, so there's no way around this one. Message us first if you're bringing someone small and we'll tell you honestly whether the class suits them.
Refunds
Twenty spots a class means we can't resell a no-show, so tickets aren't refundable. But if the other class suits you better, tell us and we'll move you — and if you can't make it at all, you can pass your spot to a friend. Just give us the name before the 31st.
Spread the word
Save it. Send it.
This is the poster going round on WhatsApp and Instagram. Save it and send it to whoever you want on the trampoline next to you — everything printed on it is on this page too, so nobody has to book from a screenshot.
